How can I manage adult onset àsthma without inhaler
It depends on the severity of asthma. Not all asthmatic uses regular inhalers but most will need it at one point or the other. Is your concerns about the inhaler technique? There are other methods eg nebulizers that can be used instead of the inhaler method if that is your worry. Please clarify.
